The Institute’s (ICCM) website is a resource for all cemetery and crematorium professionals and is the first point of call for information, advice, best practice guidance and news of latest initiatives and developments. With over 600 downloads available on the site it is a must for those wishing to provide a responsive, dignified and caring service to the bereaved.
